Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala.
2. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been dispatched.

Returns

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/proof.

Items must be unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank Transfer) via Razorpay.

Refund Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account after we initiate it.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We ship to all major pincodes across India.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

International Orders: Delivered within 10 to 15 business days (if applicable).

Shalz is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the mentioned working days.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination pin code. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
