At Shalz, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic: We ship to almost every part of India.

  • International: Currently, we do not ship internationally. 

2. Processing and Dispatch Time

  • Once you place an order, we process it within 1 to 2 business days.

  • We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: For most locations in India, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote Locations: For remote or difficult-to-access locations, delivery may take 7 to 10 business days.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the package and your delivery location.

  • The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your payment.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with the Tracking ID and the courier partner’s name.

  • You can track your package on the courier partner’s website using the provided Tracking ID.

6. Delays and Liability

  • Shalz is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities. Our responsibility ceases once we hand over the consignment to the courier partner.

  • However, we will help you track down a package if it goes missing or is significantly delayed.
