At Shalz, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Below are the terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not already been shipped. To cancel, please email us at shalzshalz.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8848 302 616 with your Order ID.

Cancellation by Shalz: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of stock, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
2. Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility: We accept returns/exchanges only if the product delivered is:

Physically damaged during transit.

Different from what was ordered (wrong size/color/style).

Has a genuine manufacturing defect.

Timeline: You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Process: To initiate a return, send an unboxing video and clear photos of the defect to shalzshalz.in@gmail.com.
3. Refund Policy

Approval: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility (Ayin Tower, Calicut), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) via our payment partner, Razorpay.

Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement after the refund is initiated. This timeline is subject to your bank’s processing speed.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified 7 business days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
