1. Shipping Locations

Domestic: We ship to almost every part of India.

International: Currently, we do not ship internationally.
2. Processing and Dispatch Time

Once you place an order, we process it within 1 to 2 business days.

We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
3. Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: For most locations in India, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Remote Locations: For remote or difficult-to-access locations, delivery may take 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the package and your delivery location.

The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your payment.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with the Tracking ID and the courier partner’s name.

You can track your package on the courier partner’s website using the provided Tracking ID.
6. Delays and Liability

Shalz is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities. Our responsibility ceases once we hand over the consignment to the courier partner.

However, we will help you track down a package if it goes missing or is significantly delayed.
